Seven Nashville Police Officers Put On Leave Over Leak Of Transgender Shooter’s Manifesto

The manifesto that was allegedly written by alleged transgender school shooter Audrey Hale, who killed three children and three adults at a Catholic school in Nashville, Tennessee earlier this year, has reportedly been partially leaked, and what it had to say is nothing short of shocking.

So shocking, in fact, that seven – seven! – Nashville police officers have been placed on leave over the leak.

Manifesto Leaks

Daily Mail reported that Audrey Hale murdered six people at the Covenant School on March 27 before being killed by police, leaving behind a manifesto that has been kept under wraps until now. Police sources told Fox 17 that the manifesto that was leaked earlier this week was authentic, and seven Nashville police officers have since been placed on “administrative assignment” amidst an investigation as to how this leak occurred.

In the manifesto, Hale wrote that she wanted to kill “cr****s’ and f****ts” before being killed herself, saying that she wanted to target “white privileged” kids at “fancy private school” despite the fact that she had attended Covenant as a child.

“Today is the day. The day has finally come. I can’t believe it’s here. Don’t know how I was able to get this far but here I am,” Hale wrote on the morning of the attack. “I’m a little nervous but excited too, been excited for the past two weeks.”

Hale went on to say that there were “several times” that she “could have been caught” as she planned her rampage.

“None of that matters now. I’m almost an hour and 7 minutes away. Can’t believe I’m doing this but I’m ready… I hope my victims aren’t,” Hale wrote. “My only fear is if anything goes wrong. I’ll do my best to prevent any of the sort.”

“God let my wrath take over my anxiety,” she continued. “It might be 10 minutes tops. It might be 3-7. It’s gonna go quick. I hope I have a high death count. Ready to die.”

In an entry that was dated February 3, six weeks before the shooting, Hale wrote, “Kill those kids!!! Those cr***rs going to private fancy schools with those fancy kwakis and sports backpacks. With their money daddies mustangs and convertables [sic]. F**k you little s**ts.”

“I wish to shoot you weaka** d**ks with your mop yellow hair, wanna kill all you little cr*****s!!!” she continued. “Bunch of little f****ts with your white privalages [sic]. ‘F**k you f****ts.”

Hale planned out the day of the massacre to the minute, saying that she would wake up at 6:30am before getting dressed at 7:05am. She then wrote that she would spend time with her stuffed animals between 7:05am and 8:55am.

Hale entered the Covenant School and opened fire at 10:11am, and she was fatally shot by police fourteen minutes later at 10:25am.

Mayor Launches Investigation

Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell was furious over this alleged leak.

“I have directed Wally Dietz, Metro’s Law Director, to initiate an investigation into how these images could have been released,” O’Connell said. “That investigation may involve local, state, and federal authorities.”

“I am deeply concerned with the safety, security, and well-being of the Covenant families and all Nashvillians who are grieving,” he added. “This incident naturally invokes additional emotional trauma, and families or individuals who need support should reach out to professionals at National Alliance on Mental Illness (615-891-4724), MNPD support counselors (615-862-7773) or MNPS Family Information Center (615-259-INFO).”

Dietz confirmed that an investigation is under way.

“At this time we have limited information about this possible leak of documents related to the tragic shooting at Covenant School. I cannot confirm or deny the authenticity of the documents due to the existing lawsuit,” he said. “At the request of the Mayor, I am initiating a full investigation with multiple law enforcement agencies to determine exactly what happened.”

Seven Officers Placed On Leave

Don Aaron, spokesperson for the Metro Nashville Police Department, told Alabama.com that seven officers were placed on leave to “protect the integrity of the active, progressing investigation.” He added that the officers still have “full police power” and the assignments are “absolutely non-punitive.”

Aaron declined to name the identities of the officers, only saying that they “are available to assist in the ongoing investigation as needed.”

The three children who were killed by Hale were Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs and William Kinney, all of whom were 9 years old. The adult victims were Katherine Koonce, 60, the head of the school, custodian Mike Hill, 61, and 61-year-old substitute teacher Cynthia Peak.

This manifesto should have been released to the public immediately after this shooting took place. What do you think about the manifesto? Let us know in the comments section.
